Regular service during the guarantee period
We place great emphasis on the preventive maintenance and prescribed standard service inspections. By their regular performance it is possible to avoid larger scale defects and hence prevent technological failures and higher investments.
For the duration of the guarantee period, we perform standard free service inspection for our customers once per year.
Upon lapse of the guarantee period, the SERVICE PROTOCOL is always issued and handed over to the customer.
