  • Description: The project addresses the reconstruction of the boiler facility and pipe distribution lines to the individual buildings. Heat was delivered to the premises from the steam-gas boiler facility, which was outfitted with three steam boilers using Danish Generator technology. The supply to the Studio premises was via a system of steam and condenser distribution lines. Steam/water exchanger stations were deployed in the individual buildings.The implementation consisted in the conversion of the existing steam boilers into hot water boilers with an output of 2 x 4.9 MW and 1 x 2.7 MW. The thermal gradient is 105/55 °C. At the same time, a new flue system was deployed including new chimneys. A new pump block and SYMPATIK PresStabil expansion equipment with automatic degassing function were installed. The existing distribution system in the premises was replaced by a hot water system and the individual offtake points were outfitted with pressure independent transfer stations.
