Emergency service

In the event that the operator of the SYMPATIK technology requires non-stop operations, i.e. with a maximum downtime of up to 24 hours, SYSTHERM offers “emergency service”.

This emergency service is contracted with a penalty option in the event of failure to remove non-functional SYMPATIK technology within 24 hours.

In the event of conclusion of a contractual relationship to secure emergency service, SYSTHERM s.r.o. shall within the framework of this relationship connect the given technology to the “SYSTHERM EMERGENCY DISPATCH”. This dispatch is operated on-line 24/7 and is permanently manned.
