Hot water and steam pipelines

SYSTHERM company realizes the construction of hot-water pipelines, hot-water pipelines or steam pipelines as part of heating of territorial units or reconstruction or modernization of parts of district heating systems. It was realized tens of thousands of kilometers of heat-water and hot-water pipelines during the heating of cities mainly in pre-insulated piping technology, such as in Žiar nad Hronom, Šaľa, Detva, Dunajská Streda, Bratislava, Svidník, Ostrava, Havlíčkův Brod, Brno, Plzeň, Prague, Ústí nad Labem. Deliveries of pre-insulated piping technologies were realized mainly on the base of investor’s request. These were ISOPLUS, FINTHERM, ABB, BRUG technologies.

The company SYSTHERM s.r.o. is the exclusive representative of vacuum pipe technology manufactured by FW FERMWÄRNE-technik GmbH. It is a “steel in steel” technology, where the medium steel pipe is installed in a specially insulated external protective steel pipe. Vacuum insulation layer is created in the space between the medium and the protective tube after instalation. This technology is designed to transport media with high demands on safety and minimum heat loss. The advantage of this technology of this manufacturer is the design of the system with minimizing compensators. The dilatation is compensated by path breaks, where the protective steel tube is increased by one to three dimensions according to the static bending calculation.
