Quality and readily available service is a must. A Service Agreement is concluded with the customer for each realised order. Prior to signature of the agreement, the scope of service is recommended and discussed with the customer, including continuous emergency service. The conditions for provision of the service are however according to the customer’s decision – the technical equipment in his possession and the available experts.
In the Czech Republic and Slovakia, service is provided with the support of a non-stop dispatch, which subsequently arranges for service intervention from our service centres in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Service is provided with the support of the logistics centre at the manufacturing plant that provides the components used in the repairs, but also with the support of engineers from various professions. In other countries, we have long-term contractual service partners. We regularly update our network of service centres depending on the number of realised orders.
