We are the biggest producer of compact heat exchange substations and blocks of technology in heat exchange in Czech Republic currently. The whole production runs in customized individual solutions. Each project is consulted with the customer during the production process, also with a support from our 3D design studio, even via videoconferences. 60% of the SYMPATIK products are exported to 24 countries worldwide. For municipal power engineering, we have installed our SYMPATIK products in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Lyon, Budapest, Debrecen, Kamenec – Podolski or Svidník. We supply industrial installations for major corporations such as OMW, ABB, AVURE TECHNOLOGY, NOVO NORDISK or ALSTOM.

Why do customers prefer supplies of the SYMPATIK products? It is due to our expertise and production quality, which is certified according to PED 2014/68 / EU – category III., Module H.

We focus the development at SYSTHERM Ltd. not only on cooperation with suppliers of individual components, but mainly on the development of supporting SW for SYMPATIK technology design. Development is an integral part of our production process. SYSTHERM Ltd. developed and uses its own SW, which under the name HESCOpro and HESCOgas lends to its foreign business partners for the possibility of initial design of heat transfer systems.
The development project “Automation of design, production documentation and KPS production process” is currently being completed„.

For ECONOMIC AND SAFE OPERATION, we use our company WebHeatControl SW, which is provided to customers not only with standard functions (data collection, emergency conditions), but also other above-standard services such as weather forecasting, control of operation of individual supply points depending on construction type and calculated daily consumption, etc.

LINE CONSTRUCTIONS are designed with the company SW HESCOnet, which allows unlimited variants of design of heat and hot water pipelines for managerial choice of dimension and insulation of pipelines, versus pumping works and heat losses.
