Imlementation information
  • Investor: Farma Zelený
  • Implementation: 2011
  • Description: SYSTHERM processed the design and project documentation for heat supply to the Farmy Zelený premises in the Municipality of Drouhaveč na Šumavě. A biomass-chip-fired heat source and an alternative source – heat pump – were built. The heat from this source is supplied to the structures – guest house, family house, repair shops and wood dryer. The source uses Smart Heating Technology with an accumulation volume of 5,000 litres. The lines between the individual structures are executed in plastic pre-insulated pipes. All the modules in the guest-house boiler room such as expansion devices and heat transfer units for individual control in the flats are made of SYSTHERM technology. The heat pump in the guest-house is designed as a standby and peak source.
The boiler room system was implemented in SIEMENS technology with the SYSTHERM – WebHeatControl superior central dispatch, which also monitors and manages 3 pressure independent transfer stations at the offtake points and 5 household transfer stations in the guest-house. The WebHeatControl dispatch also works with weather forecasts in relation to the priority of the time frame of the operation of the peak heat pump and biomass-fired heat sources. WebHeatControl on the basis of the weather forecast controls the temperature of the heating water in the heat accumulation system.
