The name ABZ combines the words – AKTIVITA (ACTIVITY), BUDOUCNOST (FUTURE), ZKUŠENOST (EXPERIENCE). The seminars are intended for apprentices in the fields of plumber, heating engineer, electrician and plumbing and electrical equipment mechanic (MIEZ).
SYSTHERM familiarises the apprentices with the modern effective working method of product “prefabrication” during production of heat and cold transfer systems.
We newly organised the ABZ seminars with the company REMS in 2018. The apprentices thus had an opportunity to examine and test state-of-the-art types of professional tools.
In spring and autumn of 2018, we visited 24 schools in the entire Czech Republic. The seminars were attended by 559 students and 72 younger school pupils.
The seminars have a theoretical part in which we present state-of-the-art technology and products to the students as well as what corporate culture and policy should be like. In the practical part, which takes place in the school workshops, the students take part in entertaining competitions to engage in the assembly and disassembly of heat transfer systems, which were designed and manufactured at our plant. The students also have the opportunity to practically try the REMS professional tools – bending, pressing, freezing machines.
Our target is also to arouse the interest of the students in the given field of study and encourage them to take pride in the fact that an artisan is, was and shall be the driving force and backbone not only of manufacturing companies, but also the driving force and backbone of our whole society and his profession is just as necessary and socially responsible as, for instance, the profession of a doctor or teacher.
