FLEXIZOL thermal insulation

It is a system of removable thermal insulation for heating establishments, where it is desirable to prevent heat losses or gains.

FLEXIZOL S is intended for indoor use and is custom made with a  silicone surface, permanent temperature resistance of up to 500 °C.

FLEXIZOL T with Teflon surface is intended for operations subject to higher  hygienic standard requirements (for instance, in the food industry or in plants with oil leaks). This insulation is washable and usable for outdoor applications, with a permanent temperature resistance of up to 310 °C.

The FLEXIZOL removable thermal insulation is custom-made for specific customer heat transfer technology solutions. It can be used fora complete unit or for partial components and pipe sections. Thanks to this unique system, it is also possible to insulate parts that are normally not insulated and are prone to heat loss.

The FLEXIZOL removable thermal insulation is characterised by its simple and quick installation and deinstallation, which can be done repeatedly without shutting down the heat sources.
